Users are your team members who sign in to Draxlr to connect databases and build queries, dashboards and alerts. People who view your dashboards through an embed or a public link, and customers using Full App Embedding, don't count as users. They're unlimited on every plan.

We accept credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider.

Embed Dashboard (Premium and above) puts dashboards you build into your product, with filters, drill-downs and exports. Full App Embedding (Power and above) puts a complete analytics workspace in your product: the dashboards you share, plus each customer's own dashboards, saved queries, query builder, SQL editor and AI assistant.

Yes. Embedded dashboards support multi-tenant filters on Premium and above. On Power and above, row-level security limits each customer to their own rows across dashboards, queries and the AI assistant, using values your backend sends with the embed token.

No. Embeds are white-labeled on every plan that includes embedding, and you can match the colors to your brand.

One AI credit is one message to the AI assistant, such as asking a question that generates a SQL query. Credits reset every month, and questions your customers ask in Full App Embedding use your organization's credits. Need more? Add 200 credits for $10/month.

No. Draxlr connects live to your database and runs queries when you need them. Dashboard results are cached so dashboards load faster.
