Adds AI table improvements, full-dashboard Excel exports, and multiple fixes for navbar behavior, raw SQL flows, drill-through, and recent search.

Features

Improve the AI table view with a total-row count, inline SQL editing, and better scrolling so the page scrolls to the latest chat when you click a message.
Add an "Excel download" option for entire dashboards where each dashboard item is exported as its own tab, in table format, with all rows (no pagination).

Adjust the vertical navbar so it shows a proper loading placeholder panel while it loads, and move or hide the Intercom widget when users hover over the navbar so controls are not blocked.

Fix an issue where the vertical navbar sometimes did not appear after clearing cache and connecting a new database.
Fix an issue where the vertical navbar could appear even when no database was connected, with disabled options.
Allow navbar items to be opened in a new tab with Command/Ctrl+click as expected.
Fix the current query page becoming invalid when opening some links in a new tab.
Make sure clicking "Execute suggestion" on AI suggestions runs the suggested query.
Fix drill-through dropdowns for read-only users.
When clicking "Raw SQL" from the create menu while already on the raw SQL page, keep users on the raw SQL page so they can add a new query instead of navigating away.
Clear recent search correctly when users disconnect or switch databases so old database searches do not appear under the new connection.
