New Databricks database connector, ability to convert dashboards to global dashboards, virtual unused query folder for saved query management, improved integration dropdown behavior, computed card label redesign, and a comprehensive set of fixes across AI query handling, embed filters, drill-through, date formatting, and general UI consistency.
Features
- Add Databricks as a supported database connector, with full query, dashboard, and filter support.
- Add option to convert existing dashboards to global dashboards, making them available across all databases in the account.
- Introduce a virtual "Unused Queries" folder in the saved queries sidebar, automatically grouping queries not referenced by any dashboard, integration, filter, or drill-through. These queries cannot be edited or deleted from this view and display a distinct icon.
Improvements
- Move computed card label to the header area, consistent with how other dashboard item types display their labels.
- Improve integration dropdown behavior.
- Improve the add dashboard item flow for a smoother, more intuitive experience.
- Automatically scroll to the relevant dashboard item when navigating to a dashboard from an alert link.
Bug Fixes
- Fix focus loss when typing variable names or values that required re-clicking the input after each character.
- Remove bottom scroll shadow indicator when there are no items to scroll.
- Fix filter visibility in embed preview not respecting hidden filter settings.
- Fix stale name in the duplicate dashboard modal when opened for a different dashboard.
- Fix layout overlap of the reset option when a drill-down returns no data.
- Remove unintended extra whitespace below the variable section on the AI page.
- Fix issue where updated queries were not executing on the dashboard and were not auto-formatted.
- Fix drill-through popups not closing when scrolling on the dashboard.
- Fix boolean variable select dropdown overflowing the page boundary on scroll.
- Fix date formatting in dashboard tables.
- Fix query list overflow on the integration settings page.
- Remove the "Create first dashboard" prompt during database resync when a user-created dashboard already exists.
- Fix global dashboard queries showing the schema of the current database instead of the query's own database.
- Fix Enter key not selecting items in the explore page table list search.
- Show a revert option when an AI query on the dashboard fails, and add retry behavior consistent with the AI page.
- Fix error thrown when attempting to update an AI prompt to the same value.
- Fix spacing when query results return a single row causing the scroll indicator to appear too close to the content.
- Fix query name disappearing when the save button is clicked before the query has fully loaded.
- Prevent the "Add to dashboard" popup on the AI page from closing unexpectedly when the AI summary is still loading.
- Ensure color picker components close when clicking outside, applied consistently across the app.
- Fix duplicate vertical scrollbar appearing in preset dropdown components.
