2026 Draxlr - R03

Added pivot table formulas and dashboard item Excel export, improved AI and dashboard flows, and shipped a set of fixes across filters, embeds, permissions, and table interactions.

Features

• Add pivot table row/column formulas for more flexible pivot calculations.
• Add an "Export to Excel" option for individual dashboard items.

Improvements

• Refresh the create query popup flow to make starting new queries clearer.
• Improve AI creation and editing workflows by adding clearer options (create a query/dashboard element vs. create a full dashboard), improving AI-based edits for raw queries and dashboards, and defaulting AI results to a dashboard table view.
• Improve time formatting in graphs so chart timestamps are easier to interpret.
• Remove the "Add variables" button from raw query and tighten the raw query experience.
• Use the query or dashboard name for downloaded files so exports are easier to find.
• Avoid empty space in auto-generated dashboards so the initial layout looks cleaner.
• Make Enter-key selection reliably navigate to the chosen table.

Bug Fixes

• Fix dashboard export behavior so variable changes are reflected correctly in PDF exports.
• Fix dropdown behavior so menus close reliably via Escape or clicking outside.
• Fix the "View row details" modal so it closes correctly and its menu option no longer overflows.
• Fix embed filter label alignment so filter names are centered as expected.
• Fix multiple filter issues across databases and dashboards, including preset list visibility (BigQuery) and errors when adding preset/date filters (including ClickHouse).
• Fix dashboard item edit affordances by removing edit actions where they should not be available.
• Remove unexpected auto-sorting when using trend so chart/table ordering stays intentional.
