03 Jul, 2025
Introduces per-query row limits, richer select and search behavior, and improved integration annotations and chart visuals, while tightening up filters, virtual columns, saved-query errors, and AI prompt handling.
Features
- Query builder row limits — add configurable row limits in the query builder (with bounds) so users can control how many rows are returned.
- Select modal search — enable searching within column/table select modals to quickly find fields, even in large schemas.
- Integration notes — allow adding notes or descriptions to integrations, giving teams space to document details or usage context.
- Graph background color — graph background styling on dashboards.
- Keyboard shortcuts tooltip — add a tooltip hint for the “Press S to search” keyboard shortcut for faster navigation.
- Up/down navigation with empty search — support up/down arrow keyboard navigation in search-powered lists even before any search term is entered.
Improvements
- Virtual column usability — ensure virtual columns (including boolean types) are surfaced consistently in dashboard filter dropdowns.
- Column select with similar names — refine column selection behavior in modals when multiple fields share similar names, making it easier to pick the right field.
- Limit-aware quick generators — make sure quick generators and query-builder functions respect the configured row limit while still honoring dashboard filters.
Bug Fixes
- Saved-query rename errors — fix an issue where an error about duplicate saved-query names could persist even after renaming to a unique name.
- Filter-divider display — remove stray dividers that appeared when filters were applied, cleaning up the filter UI.
- Virtual column visibility in filters — resolve a customer issue where certain virtual columns were not yet visible in dashboard filter options.
- AI prompt handling — correct AI prompt behaviors to generate more reliable responses and reduce unexpected errors.
- Accessing queries mid-load — fix errors triggered when opening a query before its underlying API call completed.
- Saved-query selection divider — adjust the divider and suggestion behavior in saved-query selection fields within filters so they behave as expected.
